Thank You Dr. Chang!

Dr. Chang's Farewell Letter

Dear Patients and Friends,

After practicing dentistry for more than 30 years and wanting to devote more time to my wife due to her health issues, I have decided to retire and spend more time with my family. I have enjoyed developing the many relationships with my patients and employees and you have all enriched my life so much. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your lives.

One of the most difficult parts of this entire process has been selecting the right individual to continue your dental care. It is very important to me that your care continues with a highly skilled, compassionate, and personable doctor who shares my philosophy of preventive care. This has not been easy, but after numerous interviews, I believe I have found the perfect dentist.

Dr. Michelle Ma and I have met on many occasions. Dr. Ma completed her undergraduate degree at UCLA with a B.S. in Neuroscience, is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, and shares my commitment to quality dentistry. Dr. Ma has nine years of experience working with patients of all ages, from the young to the elderly. She has a good sense of humor, a gentle touch, and is a good listener. I found all the qualities you would want in someone to care for you and treat you with competence and kindness.

Dr. Ma has met with the staff and your dental records are safe and secure. I will be finishing some individual procedures, and then will be transitioning to her. We will be reaching out to you in the near future to address any questions you may have. If you are in the area before your next scheduled appointment, feel free to drop by and say hello.

Thank you for placing your trust in me for these many years. I am leaving you in good hands. Please join me and welcome Dr. Ma to our practice.

Sincerely,

Dr. Richard Chang
